International Council for Helplines is a membership organization with a mission to inspire, educate, and accredit helpline programs which offer support to individuals in crisis and emotional distress via phone and online emotional support services including chat and text. Our vision is that everyone has access to thriving, effective emotional support. We promote unconditional regard for and acceptance of all people.
