Restored Hope combines the tools of yoga, art, gardening and activism to engage women and girls to mindfully heal from trauma often caused by violence. The mission of Restored Hope is to empower Black and Brown women and girls to move beyond their everyday cycles of violence and trauma, while working toward discovering inner peace and resilience within themselves, their families and their communities.
