Welcome to the Washingtonville Housing Alliance (WHA) page. Since 1980, WHA has worked to improve and expand affordable housing in Mamaroneck. To preserve and enhance the quality of life in the Village of Mamaroneck and the surrounding area. WHA constructs new housing and improves existing housing for low and moderate income residents and undertakes other supportive activities designed to sustain communities that are culturally diverse, multi-generational and of mixed income.

What a day it was. We had over 40 members of our community participate in the community cleanup on Saturday. Our oldest volunteer at 85 years old to the youngest in the stroller eagerly braved the heat and happily worked together to beautify the neighborhood.
