ONWARD NEIGHBORHOOD HOUSE
We are happy to share that we have been awarded a Community Development Grant from the City of Chicago Department of Planning & Development. The grant will support the renovation of the CARES Community Center, just a few blocks away from our sites in Belmont Cragin. We envision the Center as a welcoming hub for human services and a vital neighborhood asset, where residents of Chicago’s Northwest Side can access health and mental health care, educational opportunities, and comprehensive wraparound support.
