Our primary mission is to develop scholars, mainly African-American scholars, to serve as role models for youths worldwide. We especially want to change the mind-set and focus of African-American youths who overlook careers in educational and scientific fields, opting instead to pursue careers in sports and entertainment. Our mission is to reward and recognize hard-working scholars for the work they do in their communities.
