The Chamber Foundation provides education and charitable assistance to the general public through the creation, development, growth, and general welfare of the African-American community in the greater Fresno area. It does this by: Increasing public awareness of the African-American business community and the impact of the Fresno's African-American buying power; Supporting the capacity of small and minority-owned businesses through technical assistance and business education, Building coalitions with other organizations throughout the Black and business communities; and Building leadership within the regional African-American community through education and entrepreneurship.
