TO EQUIP PARTNERS AND COMMUNITIES IN COLORADO AND ACROSS THE NATION WITH THE RESOURCES, SERVICES AND UNBIASED DATA NEEDED TO IMPROVE HEALTH AND HEALTH CARE. WE HELP COMMUNITIES, ORGANIZATIONS AND INDIVIDUALS IDENTIFY OPPORTUNITIES TO DEVELOP AND ADVANCE INNOVATIVE APPROACHES TO IMPROVE HEALTH AND HEALTH CARE.
