The Center for Improving Value in Health Care is dedicated to improving health care by increasing quality, containing costs and enhancing population health. CIVHC is dedicated to achieving the Triple Aim for health care in Colorado by 2018 by improving health, reducing costs and increasing quality. TO EQUIP PARTNERS AND COMMUNITIES IN COLORADO AND ACROSS THE NATION WITH THE RESOURCES, SERVICES AND UNBIASED DATA NEEDED TO IMPROVE HEALTH AND HEALTH CARE. WE HELP COMMUNITIES, ORGANIZATIONS AND INDIVIDUALS IDENTIFY OPPORTUNITIES TO DEVELOP AND ADVANCE INNOVATIVE APPROACHES TO IMPROVE HEALTH AND HEALTH CARE. OUR WORK IS GROUNDED IN THE COMMUNITIES WE SERVE. WE BUILD COLLABORATIVE RELATIONSHIPS AND FOCUS ON ADDRESSING THE NEEDS OF OUR PARTNERS. SERVICE: OUR WORK IS GROUNDED IN THE COMMUNITIES WE SERVE.
