π San Diego, CA πΎ Tennis β’ Pickleball β’ Padel π Multiple Facility Awards π Home of the San Diego Open π Juniors play for FREE Youth Tennis San Diego Foundation (the Foundation) was incorporated under the laws of the State of California in 1999, as a Nonprofit Benefit Corporation, for the purpose of obtaining and administering funds and other property to be used in furtherance of the purpose of Youth Tennis San Diego (the Tennis Center). Its principal sources of revenue are contributions and grants from the general public, foundations and other private sources.As of December 31, 2022, the Board of Directors approved the board resolution to dissolve the Foundation. The Foundation was dissolved at December 31, 2022. All assets were transferred to Youth Tennis San Diego. The Foundation provided support to Youth Tennis San Diego totaling $1,343,802 and $80,000 for the years ended December 31, 2022 and 2021, respectively.
