Hispanics Serving The Community | Casa Central Early Learning Academy Now Enrolling Our Story Casa Central transforms lives and strengthens communities with a special focus on Hispanics. Our network of social services propels a diverse population of all ages toward selfsufficiency and a higher quality of life. Our Programs Children and Youth Casa Central provides programs like day care and after school sessions that support children and youth and help them build a strong foundation. Individuals and families Casa Central offers individual adults and families access to social services including social workers job training and domestic violence prevention that support them in their journey forward.

Monday through Friday from 9am-3pm, visitors of our Adult Wellness Center choose how they want to spend their day. Some of their options: board games, arts and crafts, pool, light exercise, gardening, drawing or painting and computer basics. But Fridays are for celebrating another week of camaraderie.

Another cooking and nutrition education workshop was held last week in the Casa Kitchen. Parents of children in our Early Learning Academy Center-Based program joined Marquinn “Chef Q” Gibson for a juicing demonstration. Chef Q (7323 Chicago Café) is the owner of 7323 Chicago Cafe, a seasonal outdoor eatery that provides delicious grab-and-go meals and refreshments for the Woodlawn community in Chicago.
