Age Well helps Vermonters 60 years and older age with independence and dignity. Call the Helpline. Mission: To provide the support and guidance that inspires our community to embrace aging with confidence. The State of Vermont designated Age Well, formerly Champlain Valley Agency on Aging as the Area Agency on Aging for Addison, Chittenden, Franklin, and Grand Isle Counties in northwestern Vermont. With the help of community partners and volunteers, Age Well serves over 10,000 seniors annually.
