FINALLY, THE MARKET WILL STRIVE TO SERVE AS A FACILITATOR TO OTHER COMMUNITY ORGANIZATIONS, NON-PROFITS, AND PUBLIC SECTORS IN PROVIDING EDUCATIONAL AND CHARITABLE PROGRAMS AND OPPORTUNITIES TO THE COMMUNITY.
