JOYA Scholars

JOYA Scholars’ mission is to inspire and prepare students from families of low-income communities in Fullerton to succeed through higher education. Since 2009, we have served over 100 first-generation college students by providing them and their families with the resources they need to successfully navigate the complex K-12 and higher education systems. Our Junior High and High School College Readiness Programs offer an opportunity for students from families of low-income, Latinx, and immigrant backgrounds to break the cycle of poverty through access to higher education.
