TO BE ENGAGED IN EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITIES BY PROMOTING AN APPRECIATION OF HISTORY OF EARLY COMMERCIAL AIRLINE TRANSPORTATION AND ITS IMPACT ON THE LOCAL COMMUNITY OF ERIE-OTTAWA, OHIO. THE CORPORATION WILL RESTORE AND PRESERVE A FORD TRI-MOTOR AIRPLANE, OBTAIN ITEMS OF LASTING INTEREST OR VALUE RELATING TO THE RESTORED AIRPLANE AND TO THE HISTORICAL HERITAGE OF EARLY COMMERCIAL AIRLINE TRANSPORTATION. THE CORPORATION WILL CARE FOR AND DISPLAY THESE ITEMS IN AN INSTITUTION OPEN TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC AND SPONSOR AND CARRY ON ACTIVITIES THAT FOSTER A BETTER UNDERSTANDING OF THE HISTORY AND DEVELOPMENT OF EARLY COMMERCIAL AIRLINE TRANSPORTATION AND THE PEOPLE ASSOCIATED WITH IT.
