Fredericktowne Players Inc
The Fredericktowne Players, Inc. (FtP), is a non-profit community theater organization. Originally founded as The Community Players in 1932, the name was changed to Fredericktowne Players in 1969 in order to rededicate ourselves to our community. We are considered the oldest theater company in Frederick, Maryland. Still operating today, our mission is to provide opportunities for the people of Frederick County and surrounding areas to participate in and enjoy quality theatrical productions. FtP emphasizes the production of shows with a broad appeal that will educate, enlighten, and entertain.
