We foster transformative connections that help youth navigate a positive path forward. One For One is a nonprofit organization supporting teens living in Chicago neighborhoods with high rates of violent crime and joblessness. For more than a decade our organization has been dedicated to breaking the cycle of violence by enriching the lives of youth allowing them to connect and thrive within their communities and beyond. Through our summer internship program career exposure workshops hightouch mentorship and job placement we provide opportunities that nurture values and integrity and help our students create building blocks both personally and within the community.
