The Direct Care Alliance was a nationwide and state - based alliane of direct care workers, employers, and others concerned with long term care services. The DCA provided a variety of supports to workers to improve their skills and working conditions. Such supports included information on current trends and issuest a national crederrtialing program. the Voices Institute to train workers in advocacy skills, and assistance to enroll in the Affordable Care Act.
