Rad Fondacije zasniva se na solidarnosti, uvažavanju različitosti, toleranciji, odgovornosti i integritetu. Fondacija je osnovana je 2007. godine kao sa ciljem da pomogne građanima, posebno izbeglim licima. Humanitarian Organization Divac (HOD)(http://divac.org.rs/eng/index.html) was established with the mission to provide financial, material and other resources necessary to fulfill physical, mental, social and other needs of refugees, internally displaced persons (IDPs) and uncared-for persons, regardless of nationality, race, religion, politics or any other background or orientation.

Dvadeset seoskih skola u Srbiji izabrano za donaciju novog namestaja Dvadeset skola u ruralnim sredinama sirom Srbije izabrano je da dobije donaciju novog skolskog namestaja kako bi se poboljsali uslovi ucenja za vise od 3. 500 ucenika.
