Ida Moczerniuk ’27—19-year-old biology major and short sprinter—shows no signs of slowing down. In just two years of competing on the Lafayette track and field team, she has already broken multiple Leopard sprinting records. Moczerniuk currently holds school records in the 60-meter, 100-meter, and indoor 200-meter events. Last weekend, she set a new school record in the outdoor 200-meter event with a time of 24.42 at the ECAC/IC4A Championships. After her spring season ends, she’ll fly to Poland and compete in the Polish U23 Championships in July.
