B) TO INCREASE THE FELLOWSHIP AND COOPERATIVE EFFORT OF THE CLUBS WITHIN THE DISTRICT. C) TO COOPERATE WITH KIWANIS INTERNATIONAL IN BUILDING NEW CLUBS AND MEMBERSHIP IN EXISTING CLUBS, EDUCATING CLUB MEMBERS, AND STRENGTHENING CLUB SERVICES WITHIN THE DISTRICT. D) TO PROMOTE PARTICIPATION OF CLUBS IN THE GENERAL OBJECTIVES, PROGRAMS, AND POLICIES OF THE DISTRICT.
