Join Us Too Many Homeless Animals. The Bruce Kapp Memorial Animal Fund was founded to honor a man who could never walk away from an animal or a person in need. It is our mission to raise funds for the welfare of any animal and respond to the need to limit the rampant overpopulation of cats and dogs in many communities. As a 501c3 nonprofit organization donations are tax deductible to the extent allowed by law.
