Since 2003, our global team has taught young adults to approach differences constructively and lead with empathy, so that we all may thrive in an interconnected, pluralistic world. Our domestic and international dialogue and facilitation training programs bring together over 15,000 young adults each year in small, diverse groups and over the period of several weeks for respectful connection through and across our differences and in the context of current events. We support groups and individuals in community building designed to maximize change-oriented results, eliminating the idea of ‘the other’.
