We are Albany County Correctional Facility Correction Officers and community volunteers supporting seriously ill children residing in Albany New York's capital region. Our assistance is based on the critical medical need of a child and the financial inability of their caregiver to meet their child's need. We may cover necessary travel expenses to a distant hospital for treatment, equipment, medication and the like that a child requires that is not being paid for by other means. www.accfcb.org(http://www.accfcb.org)
