We help to secure projects, promote the hiring of union workers, and meet the quality-of-life and quality-of-work needs of employees and employers in Philadelphia, Bucks, Chester, Delaware, and Montgomery counties. TO PROVIDE EDUCATION AND TRAINING IN THE BUILDING AND CONSTRUCTION TRADE, TO TRAIN JOURNEYMEN WHO ARE NOW IN THE TRADE, TO ASSIST IN PROVIDING TRAINING THAT WILL EQUIP THEM FOR PROFITABLE EMPLOYMENT AND CITIZENSHIP, AND TO FURTHER THE ASSURANCE TO THE EMPLOYERS OF PROFICIENT WORKMEN TO THE END THAT THE PUBLIC MAY RECEIVE THE BEST POSSIBLE WORKMANSHIP.
