Home - Goldie Floberg Expanding Options for People with Intellectual Developmental Disabilities At Goldie Floberg we work to broaden the lives of the people we serve with intellectual developmental disabilities through providing options for living learning working options for living life as they choose and members of the community. Serving the needs of children teens and adults with disabilities throughout northern Illinois since 1918. Goldie Floberg considers it a privilege to help each person craft a life of meaning that allows them to flourish. Programs and Services Community Living Adult Learning Employment Additional Enrichment Our daughter has resided in a Goldie group home since May 2017.

Our CEO, John Pingo, was Keynote Speaker this morning at the Illinois Activity Professionals Association 46th Annual Conference in Bloomington, Illinois. John presented, "The Multiverse of Mindfulness" which delves into the challenges of those who serve others and how mindfulness techniques to handle stress. .
