501c3 nonprofit charity, since 2005. TRPA adopts out cats of all breeds and dogs (mainly Chow Chows). Tejas Rescued Pet Adoptions takes the necessary steps to make a rescued animal ready for adoption into a loving home. The future pet companion is brought to full health in private foster homes. All vaccinations and veterinary care are provided prior to the adoption along with the spay and neuter services. These rescues arrive at our care from many different circumstances requiring various types of care. Program KAT_TRAP assists low-income home bounds seniors spay and neuter their companion pets. Donations of money, gift cards, cat and dog food are needed and greatly appreciated.
