Have-A-Heart, Inc.
Our mission is to provide care-giving and supportive services to children and adults with physical and/or cognitive disabilities. We have a group home that houses four men, and adult day program weekdays so families have a place to leave their loved ones, and weekend respite from Friday evening to Sunday evening, alternating weekends between children and adult clients. Our entire staff is CBRF certified and listed on the Wisconsin Registry of Certified Caregivers. We serve families in Washington and Dakota counties in Minnesota and Pierce, St. Croix, and Polk in Wisconsin.
