First, we leave ourselves better. When we have gotten enough sleep, eat healthy food, nourish our spirit through meditation or prayer, moved our bodies through walking or exercise, we find ourselves in a healthy place- in body, mind and spirit. Next, we leave each other better. Once we have a good relationship with our self, this spreads out. We seek first to understand others. We act with this understanding in mind. We build healthy relationships with our family, friends and co-workers. Next, we leave our families better. Now that we have healthy one-on-one relationships, we can begin to have strong organizations. Our family, business, or church becomes a synergy. Next, we leave our communities better. Finally, we leave our communities better.

Through handson activities STEAM projects gardening and mindfulness exercises we purpose to fill thevoid in our nations school system where environmental education is concerned. Our programs are designed to provide students with a spacewhere they can master the art of being mindful towards themselves each other their communities and the world.
