Our association was founded to promote Intellectual and Developmental Disability Nursing as a specialty area of practice. We strive to make a difference by educating the public and most importantly supporting one another in our nursing specialty. It is our mission to promote the professional development of nurses who are interested in persons with intellectual andor developmental disabilities through educational opportunities and research.
