MAY WE ALL BE THANKFUL AND BLESSED BECAUSE OF THEIR SACRIFICE. GOD BLESS THE USA! (fb)

STAFF ANNOUNCEMENTS: The PTAA has two new providers on our staff. They are Benjamin Carron and Isabella Roback. Ben is an EMT from Moosic and a student at the University of Tampa with a course of study in medicine. He is in our orientation program and once completed he will be on shifts over the summer and when on school break. Isabella is from the Back Mountain area and is currently participating in the PTAA Ride Along program in anticipation of enrolling to become an EMT. Katara Warunek a participant in our Ride Along program has enrolled in an EMT program. We do wish Katara great success in her studies as she has the PTAA Staff support on this career choice. As reported, the PTAA was recently on FOX 56 News as their featured EMS agency for EMS Week. A "Behind the Scenes" group of PTAA staff assisted in this endeavor. They were EMT's President Don Hudzinski; Chief Francis Evanko; Deputy Chief Ralph Dixon; Treasurer Tina Stoshick; Eric Sklanka and Olivia Bannister. While all mentioned had some role and even filmed or interviewed, not everyone made the news feature that was finally produced. But everyone's contribution was equally valued as it provided more than enough detail on the PTAA and EMS - so much that the news feature could have taken at least 10 minutes if everyone's contribution made that final cut. And our own EMS Chief assisted with being a camera operator. Out of all the EMS agencies they could have chosen, we do say "THANK YOU FOX 56 NEWS" for making the PTAA their focus for EMS Week. And here's a few "Behind the Scenes" pictures... (fb)
