TO SERVE LGBTQ+ ELDERS, YOUTH, AND EVERYONE IN BETWEEN The LGBTQ Center of the Cape Fear Coast, formerly the Frank Harr Foundation, is a 501(c)(3) organization serving the LGBTQ+ community while educating the community at large on LGBTQ+ issues and specific needs. On May 8, 2008, this world lost Frank Harr, a lifelong advocate for cultural diversity. In honor of his legacy his partner of 32 years, Ken Cox, founded The Frank Harr Foundation - a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization continuing Frank Harr's pursuit of social justice. Diversity is achieved when we build relationships. And building relationships is a big part of our mission.
