USE OF MONEY RAISED WILL BE TO ASSIST WITH EDUCATIONAL NEEDS THAT VETERAN'S BENEFITS DO NOT COVER OR SLOW IN RECEIVING AND HELP IN OTHER AREAS RELATED TO THEIR HIGHER EDUCATION.
