The San Bernardino City Library Foundation was formed in 1995. The members of the Foundation are a group of volunteers who are interested in the well-being of the San Bernardino Public Library System. The purpose for which this organization is formed is to procure private funds to improve and maintain the facilities, programs and equipment of the San Bernardino Public Library so as to make certain that the people of San Bernardino have the best public library possible.
