Last Friday, Helios had the pleasure of hosting author and illustrator Cindy Chang for the launch of her graphic novel How to Draw a Secret! Our students were fully engaged in her interactive presentation as she shared the creative—and sometimes challenging—journey of writing, editing, and publishing a graphic novel. Cindy also guided a fun drawing activity, showing students how to express emotions through simple line drawn facial expressions.
