Lake County Community Collaborative – Cultivating resilient people + families Lake County Community Collaborative Lake County Community Collaborative Who is the Lake County Community Collaborative The Lake County Community Collaborative represents the combined outreach efforts of the Lake County Council for the Prevention of Child Abuse Neglect also known as Lake County Childrens Trust Fund and the Lake County Communities that Care Coalition. The Collaborative includes law enforcement mental health providers religious organizations healthcare agencies human services organizations school administration and other youthserving agencies. Since 2013 this group has worked to build successful partnerships and promote healthy lifestyles within our community.
