Chicago Women in Philanthropy is a volunteer-driven membership org for people interested in the issues facing women and girls. Chicago Women in Philanthropy (CWIP) is a volunteer-driven membership organization comprised of nearly 300 individuals in the philanthropic, corporate-giving, and nonprofit sectors interested in the issues facing women and girls. Chicago Women in Philanthropy (CWIP) promotes collaboration between philanthropic and nonprofit leaders by offering opportunities to share ideas and insight and to network. CWIP gives voice to the gender lens by encouraging philanthropic and nonprofit leaders to evaluate organizations on the basis of whether or not they successfully address the needs of women and girls.
