Welcome to Friends of OSD Our Mission The FOSD mission and purpose is to support the enhancement of programs and services for students at OSD Oregon School for the Deaf beyond the States funding responsibility by enriching the educational opportunities for students by sponsoring cultural activities by encouraging innovative programs and by financially supporting minor capital improvements. Get Involved The Oregon School for the Deaf is a unique education community the heart of deaf culture and the center of activities for the Deaf in Oregon. Alumni and former staff maintain close ties with the school. We invite you to get involved in one or more of several ways.
