THE CORPORATION WILL RESPOND TO ALL EMERGENCY AND NON-EMERGENCY REQUESTS IN A TIMELY AND SAFE MANNER CONSISTENT WITH THE PENNSYLVANIA EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICE ACT.
