TO PROVIDE A SELF SUFFICIENT POST HOME INTENDED TO SERVE OUR LEGIONAIRE MEMBERS, FELLOW COMRADES AND THE COMMUNITY AT LARGE. IN PROVIDING THESE SERVICES WE WILL USE THE FOLLOWING PRINCIPLES TO GUIDE OUR ACTIONS: WE WILL BALANCE THE NEEDS OF OUR POST WITH THOSE OF THE END-USER, SEEKING A WIN-WIN SITUATION. WE WILL BE MINDFUL OF OUR MEMBERS AND THEIR CONTRIBUTIONS, PROVIDING THEM A FAIR OPPORTUNITY TO BENEFIT FROM THIS ASSET AND WITH COMPETENT, JUST, AND ETHICAL FACILITY MANAGEMENT. WE WILL BE GOOD CITIZENS, RESPECTING OUR NEIGHBORS AND SUPPORTING OUR COMMUNITY. WE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE STEWARDS OF THE PROPERTY WE USE, PROTECTING THE ENVIRONMENT, AND THE ASSETS WE ARE ENTRUSTED WITH.
