We aren’t just playing with babies all day—we’re teaching, guiding, loving, and shaping them into who they’ll become. I’ve even heard parents joke, “I’d love to quit my job and play with kids all day.” Honestly? Most would quit before lunch. This work is hard. It’s also heart work.
