We are officially 5 weeks away from Brews & Bites! Today's post is meant to highlight the "Bites" part of our event. One of our food trucks for the event will be the Spuddy Buddy Fry Factory! The food truck was started by Elisa and Eddie who both worked 9-to-5 jobs in New York City. After the pandemic, the couple came to realize that life was too short, and they needed to remain close to one another, all the time. Soon after they had packed their belongings and moved to New Hope, PA. The couple searched high and low until they happened upon "Daisy," an old 1985 plumber's truck that instantly piqued their interest. After watching hundreds of hours of YouTube tutorials on how to build a food truck, and through lots of trial and error, Daisy, "The Spud Mobile" was complete and ready for business--Spuddy Buddy Fry Factory was born! Now, the two spuddy buddies are inseparable (they got married May 2023!), and they're bringing their unique treats to the Philadelphia region. Come and see them at our Brews & Bites event and enjoy their delicious food with some of our many beer options on Saturday June 28th!
