Applications Now Open for the 2025 Junior Leadership Pulaski County Summit The LPC Alumni Foundation, in partnership with the Waynesville-St. Robert Chamber of Commerce, is now accepting applications for the 2025 Junior Leadership Pulaski County (JrLPC) Summit. This unique week-long leadership development experience is open to rising high school sophomores and juniors from Pulaski County for the 2025-2026 school year. The JrLPC Summit, will be held July 28 – August 1, 2025, offers students a hands-on opportunity to explore leadership, community service, and career development while connecting with local leaders and peers from across the county. Sessions take place daily from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the Waynesville-St. Robert Chamber of Commerce, with topics covering personal finance, public safety, health and wellness, workforce readiness, and more. Program Highlights: • Team-building with “True Colors” leadership • Real-world financial literacy and career readiness • Interaction with local nonprofits • Graduation dinner celebration on August 1 Eligibility Requirements: • Must be entering 10th or 11th grade in the 2025-2026 school year • Must live in Pulaski County and attend a local high school • Submit a completed application, a one-page essay, and one letter of recommendation • Commit to attending all sessions • Pay a $100 program fee upon acceptance (scholarships available) Only 15 students will be selected for this highly competitive program. The deadline to apply is June 2, 2025, and applications must be postmarked or submitted by 5:00 p.m. on that date.
