Since 1937, Jacksonville Area Legal Aid has been dedicated to providing high-quality legal assistance to low-income and other special-needs groups. JALA provides civil legal services to low-income persons primarily in Duval, Clay, Nassau and St. Johns, Florida.
JALA also serves Alachua, Baker, Bradford, Clay, Columbia, Dixie, Gilchrist, Hamilton, Lafayette, Levy, Madison, Suwannee, Taylor and Union.
