Los Angeles Racing Dragons
What is a dragon boat? A dragon boat is essentially a 40 foot canoe that accommodates 20 paddlers ( We promote and develop amateur athletes in the Greater Los Angeles community for national and international amateur dragon boat competition. We are a leader in the Southern California Dragon Boat Association in promoting the sport by helping new dragon boat teams form, providing coaching for the new teams, holding paddling and steering clinics, and providing steering certification classes. We provide support to youth teams ranging from grade school to college, corporate teams and our own breast cancer survivor team.
