With over 14 years of strategic leadership experience across the technology, data science, and program management sectors—spanning government, private, and international arenas—Edwin brings a unique perspective that blends advanced technology, agile management, and strong community engagement. As the founder of Parallel (established in 2022), Edwin leads innovative projects through his own consulting firm, delivering scalable, ethical, and data-driven solutions.
