Shanthi Project is a 501(c)(3) education nonprofit providing evidence-based mindfulness services to more than 5,500 children and adults annually across the Greater Lehigh Valley and New Jersey. For more than a decade, we have been working within schools and in the community to share mindfulness practices that support mental health and well-being.
