Home - Rating Bureau Application Login REGISTER NOW for PCRBDCRB Workers Compensation Symposium Protecting What Matters Most on May 1 2025 at Convene at City View in Philadelphia PCRB Announces Late Reported Policy Timeliness Initiative and Fining Structure The Pennsylvania Compensation Rating Bureau PCRB has announced the implementation of Phase 1 of its 2025 Policy Data Quality Assurance Program PDQAP the Late Reported Policy Timeliness Initiative aimed at improving policy data submission compliance. Effective July 1 2025 insurers must submit policy data within 30 days of a policys effective date or face fines. Approval of Annual Loss Cost Filing and F Classification Filings Effective April 1 2025 The Pennsylvania Insurance Commissioner has approved the PCRBs proposed loss costs and other rating values as filed. The commissioner also approved the proposed loss costs and rating values for F Classifications.
