The Cooper Foundation supports the patients, services, research and educational programs of Cooper University Health Care. THE ORGANIZATION'S PRIMARY EXEMPT PURPOSE IS TO SUPPORT THE CHARITABLE PURPOSES, PROGRAMS AND SERVICES OF THE COOPER HEALTH SYSTEM, A RELATED INTERNAL REVENUE CODE SECTION 501(C)(3) TAX-EXEMPT ORGANIZATION, AND ITS AFFILIATES WHICH PROVIDE MEDICALLY NECESSARY (SEE SCHEDULE O) HEALTHCARE SERVICES TO ALL INDIVIDUALS IN A NON-DISCRIMINATORY MANNER REGARDLESS OF RACE, COLOR, CREED, SEX, NATIONAL ORIGIN, RELIGION OR ABILITY TO PAY.
