In October 2006, the Diocese of Toledo began Padua Center. It is a visible presence in the neighborhood. THE PADUA CENTER IS A CHRISTIAN COMMUNITY-BASED PRESENCE REACHING OUT BY EMPOWERING PEOPLE AT ALL STAGES OF LIFE TO ACHIEVE THEIR MAXIMUM POTENTIAL THROUGH EDUCATION, COUNSELING, SUPPORT AND COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT.
