I grew up surrounded by agriculture, and I love interacting with people and building relationships. Throughout high school and college, I have solidified my love for working with people through the medium of farming and agriculture. I love growing plants, especially food. After volunteering here at Gateway a couple times over the past few years, I felt called to come back to learn more. Mark your calendars, the Gateway Woods 49th Annual Benefit Auction is just over a month away! Items are already coming in, and many hands are hard at work in preparation. Every year our staff and the children and families we serve are blown away by the Lord's provision and love shown through each person who attends, volunteers, and shows their support. The 2025 Auction will be held on August 2nd, and the Online Auction will open on Wednesday, July 30th and close Friday, August 1st. Join over 2,000 supporters from the Apostolic Christian Church and the Leo/Grabill community as we fellowship, eat delicious food, and bid on over 1,000 items all in support of the mission of Gateway Woods.
