What happens to young adults who "age out" of Gateway Woods residential or foster homes? Who helps them find the resources and relationships they need to thrive? Through our LARC program, we advocate for unsupported youth, connecting them with their community in meaningful ways. We are currently looking for two individuals to join our LARC team! As a LARC Coordinator, you will build and strengthen relationships with young adults (especially former Gateway Woods clients) transitioning to independence. You will also cultivate relationships with local advocates and community partners who share LARC's vision and values. Through these connections, you'll help provide support, accountability, and discipleship to equip these young adults for the future. Please share with others and if you are interested in learning more, please check out our careers page at the link in our bio! (fb)

We welcomed Brecken Beyer back to campus last month! He is our new GW Farms Assistant and we are thankful that God opened doors for him to join our team. We look forward to seeing how God uses him to bring hope and healing to our resident-turned-farmers! A few fun facts about Brecken: - He loves playing soccer - In high school, he raised his own sheep - He lived in Mexico for 5 years and enjoys speaking in Spanish and eating Hispanic food What brought him to Gateway Woods? "I worked as the Farm’s intern while in college and enjoyed working with the residents and working with my hands outdoors. The farm presents a unique opportunity to get to know the residents and teach them new skills. When I learned the Farm’s Assistant role opened up, I got excited and applied. God opened the door, so I stepped forward!" #GWFarmsAssistant #GWFarms (fb)
