Cincy-Kharkiv.org Winter has again come to Kharkiv Ukraine and the brutal war with Russia is still going on. The people of our Sister City are facing the cold with very little electricity constant attacks and a massive mental health crisis. We need your support. Because of your generosity we have made many friends in Kharkiv over the years.
